\neach package weighing more than 70 kg, they must always be placed on pallets.
\nSince pallets consist of several packages, it is necessary to create a structure
\nwhich guarantees their solidity, ease of transport and safety for the goods and
\nthe people who have to move them.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Boxes should be rigid and in good condition.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Use solid, intact packaging with all flaps intact.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Used boxes are not recommended because they are less resistant. In the case of used packaging, remove labels, bar codes and check that the box has no holes or is not damaged.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Avoid empty spaces: in case of stacked packages, padding reduces the strength of the package. Avoid boxes larger than their contents, as they can be crushed.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]\u2022 In case of fragile items, use a small box and place it in a larger box, using padding both inside and outside. Or use mouldable foam pads to protect the contents.<\/p>\n

Too much cushioning reduces the robustness of the packaging, also avoid boxes that are too heavy, they must be manually handled by a single person.<\/p>\n

Always remove old labels, put new labels on top so that the barcode is flat and not folded along the edge.<\/p>\n

No overhang: items must perfectly fit inside the pallet without protruding over the edge. The goods must be adequately protected by wrapping film.<\/p>\n

Make sure it is flat: a flat top surface makes the assembly strong. Non-stackable pallets are subject to surcharges.
